ALDOC-TOPMOTIVE is one of the main players when it comes to automotive parts catalogs in the Benelux.
Core competence
We offer electronic catalogs for vehicle spare parts, linked to technical information programs, labor times, images and additional features. Our customers are importers, wholesalers, distributors and repair shops of the Independent Aftermarket. The catalog data is derived from different data suppliers some of which are listed under „Partners“.
Our development
The company was founded as ALDOC Breda in 1966 as a book publisher and provided the first updateable paper automotive parts catalog. The “Auto onderdelen Handboek” (car spare parts book) and also the well-known ATEZET technical manuals were offered on paper for a long time, ATEZET even until 2005. The independent parts catalog AldocSys is our main product that was launched in 1988 for MS DOS. In 1998, the first Windows version was released, followed by the online version in 2005.

ALDOC has become a member of TOPMOTIVE in 2014 and ever since contributes to a lager product and service portfolio of the group. By means of local market know-how and close cooperation between the teams, synergies within the TOPMOTIVE Group are exploited and further intensified.
Products
ALDOC-TOPMOTIVE takes the automotive parts catalog to a higher level by offering additional modules and personalization. The catalog content can either be provided by AldocSys or via web service. On addition, customers can benefit from the product portfolio of the entire TOPMOTIVE Group.
ALDOCSYS ONLINE CATALOG
The online AldocSys automotive parts catalog shows parts-information and is offered to wholesalers and their repair shops. In this catalog, users can search cars by make / model / type or in some countries by entering the license plate. Manufacturers can be shown in different spots, according to their importance to the wholesaler. Stock information as well as the distributors can be displayed. It is possible to personalize the catalog to the wishes of the wholesaler and to link additional modules like technical information, labor times, the ordering tool “AldocDirect” (via an ERP-link), universal parts, tire module or their own webshops. The catalog is only accessible by password (closed system).
WEBSERVICE FOR WEBSHOPS
ALDOC catalog data for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles can also be provided via a webservice within the customer’s own webshop, which is built and designed by the customer himself. The webservice option therefore offers a wide range of possibilities to personalize the catalogue. While the AldocSys has protected access, it is up to the owner of the webshop to grant access with or without password.

A large number of data suppliers provides article data for our catalogs that are offered to international wholesalers of spare parts.
